1. As a face masque just rinse off in the shower, it will leave your skin feeling refreshed and nourished. Apply your face food Serum, then either the f. f. cream,  f. f. lotion, or the f. f. calming lotion to complete your skin regime.
   
   
2. As an exfoliator, just add a few drops of shower water and gently polish using circular motions avoiding your delicate eye area. Apply your face food Serum, then f. f. cream or f. f. lotion to complete your skin regime.
   
   
3. As a mini-microdermabrasion, just add a few drops of your shower water and polish your skin using circular motions for a little longer than, as the exfoliator instructions. You will have removed a few layers of your skin, and it will most likely sting when you wash the masque off under the shower water. Apply your face food Serum and the face food Calming lotion, it is highly recommended for soothing your red, raw skin (this will speed up your skin's healing process).
   
   

Do not be alarmed after a self mini-microdermabrasion! Your skin will be red and feel raw this is quite normal, you’ve just taken off the top layers of your skin, and it will take a few days for your skin to recover whilst it grows back beautiful new skin cells.
